Earlier this year I received news that a uni photography subject was accepting enrolments so I jumped in and applied. I was soon accepted into the subject Photography and Social Media from University of Tasmania which forms part of the Associate Degree of Arts. It’s been many decades since I decided I was well past uni study so the course is sure to take a while getting used to. Especially as my last fields of study were quality assurance and industrial chemistry – the arts have always been a bit of a mystery to me!
This digital journal charts the learning, research and photography practice involved in the course and will serve as a record of the information and inspiration gained. Hard not to look forward to a course involving two of my loves – photography and social media!
