Today I’d like to share with you two pairs of projects that I have created using the Darkroom Door Abstract 08 stamp. The projects have a common thread of using the stamp with coloured Archival ink – I find it changes up the look of a design with a simple change of ink colour.
First up, I have two cards that were created using the Darkroom Door Abstract 08 stamp along with imagery from Darkroom Door 1920’s Chic stamp set. The simple colour scheme of red, black and white brings some elegance to the cards.
This pair of tags use the same idea of stamping with coloured ink and this time I’ve also added other elements from Darkroom Door Tall Flowers stamp set that have been stamped with coloured ink. The backgrounds were created with a mix of spray inks and acrylic paint and then some torn book paper. I added some words from the Darkroom Door Dream Big Sentiment stamp to give the tags a message.
