29 Days of Christmas Inspiration #15

Are you ready for another time consuming card? I thought I would show you a pretty, glittery one to celebrate half way point of my challenge.  This one is a little fiddly but the rolling part can easily be done in front of the telly.

Ages ago there were masses of different projects circulating around Pinterest which featured rolls of pattered paper in varying configurations. It gave me an idea for this rolled Christmas card.

Select a bunch of scraps that will work together. Sketch a tree shape onto some scrap paper so you have a basic plan to aim for. Start tearing and rolling and gluing until you have enough ‘rolls’ to create the tree shape, don’t forget shorter pieces for a trunk!

Add a little glue to the ends and dip into glitter. Arrange into shape, sprinkle a some extra glitter around the tree.

Add a Merry Christmas greeting and a pretty, sparkly card is ready for mailing.
