Easy Acrylic Skins with a Gelli Plate

…and an art journal page to share!

It’s my turn to share a project on the LuLu Art blog this week and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with how it turned out. I’ve created an acrylic skin using the Gelli plate and then added the beautifully layered skin into my art journal.

You know when you have a Gelli plate that gets so many, many layers of dried paint that they never seem possible to clean? This is the perfect technique for getting those plates clean and pristine again (ready to get gungy all over again!)

I’ve popped the video link below but full details of my project and how I made the acrylic skin can be found here on the LuLu Art blog.
